Medical disclaimer
Version 1.0 of 11 October 2026.
In short
All readings in UrsHealth are for guidance and information only. They do not claim to be medical conclusions and are not a medical opinion, diagnosis, prescription or medical history. If the readings raise questions or concern for you, that is a reason to see a doctor.
In detail
1. UrsHealth is an app for people who follow their lifestyle, activity and rest. It shows the data sent by your ring or band and calculates simple values from it (steps, calories, load zones).
2. UrsHealth is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease or medical condition.
3. Data comes from devices of third-party manufacturers. Sensor accuracy is not guaranteed: readings (including blood pressure, temperature and blood oxygen) depend on how the device is worn, on movement, temperature and other conditions and may differ from measurements with medical instruments. Blood pressure and temperature measured by a ring or band are estimates.
4. The app does not interpret readings in a medical sense and gives no treatment advice. Thresholds and alerts (for example for a high heart rate) are set by you; an alert only means that a value crossed a limit that you set.
5. The readings do not replace a doctor's advice. Do not make decisions about treatment, starting or stopping medicines or changing doses based on the app's data.
6. If you feel unwell, or have chest pain, shortness of breath, fainting or other alarming symptoms, see a doctor immediately or call emergency services (112 or 103 in Russia), without waiting for the app's readings.
7. By tapping "Accept" and "I understand" at first launch you confirm that you have read and understood this text.
