UrsHealth Privacy Policy

Version 1.0 of 11 October 2026.

1. General

1.1. This policy explains what data the UrsHealth app (the "App") handles, what the publisher receives and how it is treated. It is based on the Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

1.2. The data controller (operator) for the processing described in section 5 is:

1.3. The policy is published on urstech.online and in the App (Settings → About). By using the App you confirm that you have read it.

2. In short

3. What is processed on your phone

The App creates and stores this data inside its protected storage area. The Operator does not receive, transmit or view it.

Data is stored without extra encryption in the App's private storage; Android cloud backup of the App is disabled. Data does not leave the phone unless you send a report.

4. Devices and manufacturer libraries

To communicate with rings and bands the App contains the software libraries (SDKs) of their manufacturers: YuCheng, CoolWear, RwFit, QRing. This is third-party code running inside the App. In our checks these libraries did not send data to the internet. We cannot completely rule this out for future versions of the libraries, so we check them at every update and will update this policy if anything changes.

If you also use the manufacturers' own apps, their policies apply separately.

5. What the Operator receives: support reports

5.1. If you tap "Report a problem" → "Send", an e-mail is sent over a secure connection (HTTPS) to the Operator's server with:

5.2. Please do not attach screenshots or write details about your health (readings, diagnoses, medicines), passwords or anything you do not want to share. The Operator does not ask for such data and does not use it; if it arrives, the Operator will delete it when handling the report.

5.3. Purpose: to review your report, reply and fix the problem.

5.4. Legal basis: the processing is necessary to perform the End-User Agreement (licence) to which you are a party and under which you contact support (Art. 6(1)(5) of Law No. 152-FZ).

5.5. Data subjects and categories: App users; e-mail address, text of the report, attached images, technical information about the device and versions, a de-identified technical log. The Operator does not process special categories or biometric data.

5.6. Actions and methods: receipt, recording, storage, use to reply and fix bugs, deletion. Processing is automated and uses the internet.

5.7. Location: reports are received and stored on servers located in the Russian Federation. There is no cross-border transfer. Data is not disclosed to third parties, except to the organisation providing server capacity, which processes data on the Operator's behalf for storage only.

5.8. Retention: up to 12 months after the reply or after the report is closed, then deleted.

6. Android permissions and why they are needed

Profile photo and report screenshots are picked through the Android system photo picker: the App does not get access to your whole gallery.

7. Your rights and how to exercise them

7.1. You may ask whether the Operator processes your data, receive a copy, require it to be corrected, blocked or deleted, withdraw consent (where given), and complain to the regulator (Roskomnadzor) or a court.

7.2. Write to help@urstech.online (from the address you used to send the report) or use "Report a problem". Response times: information request — 10 working days (extendable by up to 5 working days with reasons); correction or deletion — 7 working days; stop of processing after withdrawal of consent or when the purpose is achieved — within 30 days.

7.3. Data that is stored only on your phone you can delete yourself: "Clear statistics" (Settings → App settings), "Forget device" (Settings) or by uninstalling the App. Photos in the gallery are deleted manually.

8. Data protection

The Operator takes the legal, organisational and technical measures necessary to protect received reports: transmission over HTTPS, storage on servers in the Russian Federation, restricted access (only the Operator reads reports), separate storage of logs and correspondence. In the event of a breach the Operator will notify the regulator within the legal deadlines and will tell you if your data is affected.

9. Age

The App is intended for persons aged 18 or over. Persons aged 14 to 17 may use it only with the consent of a parent or other legal representative; persons under 14 only through a legal representative. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

10. Changes

A new version is published on urstech.online and in the App with its date. For material changes the App will ask you to review the new version at the next start.
